Transparent Self-Pay Pricing

No insurance? We offer an easy transparent price for our self-pay patients, minimizing any hidden or unexpected fees.

If you don’t have insurance, our transparent price is $225.

Patients who present to one of our 24-7 locations between 11 pm – 7:45 am may encounter an additional After Hours Fee of $110.

Self-pay pricing includes a provider visit, in addition to the below services:	Self-pay pricing does not include:
In-house labs In-house medications X-ray Simple suture repair and removal Foreign object removal EKG	Self-pay pricing does not include:	Complex procedures Cepheid 4plex Test ($150) Cepheid Covid Only ($50) Cepheid Strep Only ($35) Outside labs Orthopedic Equipment (crutches, braces, etc.) Specific exams such as sports physicals, etc. Most vaccines (not requiring a provider visit)

Payment in full is required at the time of service. We accept cash or credit.

Whether I go in person to see Dr. Guzman or I call on the phone to schedule, reschedule, assistance with changing pharmacies for medication pick up etc. I am always greeted by the staff, always treated with respect and they have always demonstrated compassion, caring, and understanding.
