Texas MedClinic’s first New Braunfels urgent care location opened in 2006 and is located at 958 IH-35 North on the access road a half-mile from S.H. 46, next to Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union. Open 8 a.m.-11 p.m. every day, the clinic accepts walk-in patients.

Texas MedClinic’s second New Braunfels Urgent Care location opened in November 2017, offering a convenient, urgent care clinic for those living along S.H. 46 West between New Braunfels and Boerne. Known as Texas MedClinic at Oak Run, the address is 1922 S.H. 46 West, next to CVS Pharmacy at the corner of Oak Run Parkway.
