US Citizenship and Immigration (USCIS) Physicals

Our Civil Surgeons have been AUTHORIZED by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to perform immigration medical examinations in accordance with USCIS and the CDC.  Texas MedClinic has locations in Austin, San Antonio, and New Braunfels, Texas that perform these physicals.

We recommend calling ahead to ensure a Civil Surgeon is available. When calling the clinic, select Option 3 to speak with a representative who will assist you in answering your questions and help with scheduling. If a Civil Surgeon is available, simply walk right in. US Citizenship & Immigration physicals are typically available Monday – Friday from 8 AM – 2 PM.

 

What should I bring to my Immigration Exam?
  • You must print and complete PART 1 of Form I-693 – DO NOT SIGN Part 2 of the form
  • A valid government-issued photo ID such as a driver’s license or passport
  • Proof of prior vaccinations
  • Payment, needed at the time of visit
  • Please bring an interpreter if needed
