Whether I go in person to see Dr. Guzman or I call on the phone to schedule, reschedule, assistance with changing pharmacies for medication pick up etc. I am always greeted by the staff, always treated with respect and they have always demonstrated compassion, caring, and understanding. Texas MedClinic (TMC) has been a key partner in our community’s response to this ongoing Pandemic. While we continue to strive to provide quality medical care and the best TMC experience, there are times when demand EXCEEEDS our capacity to be able to see patients on the same day that they request MEDICAL SERVICES.
To ensure that we are transparent about patient capacity changes in our clinic, we have implemented the following alert system….
CAPACITY FULL – If, when visiting our website, the clinic that you select indicates an alert of CAPACITY FULL, then that means we can no longer accept ANY non-urgent patients that are seeking medical services. We encourage you to present to the clinic only if urgent (required to be seen immediately) OR you already have scheduled reservation time. Please try one of our many other convenient TMC locations for availability and wait times.
Note: Patients requesting services that DO NOT require an evaluation by one of our providers, may continue to walk-in or check-in online as normal
CAPACITY LIMITED – If, when visiting our website, the clinic that you select indicates an alert of CAPACITY LIMITED, then that means we are still accepting walk-ins for patients that are seeking medical services. Please keep in mind that capacity is limited and wait times are extended due to patient demand.
