Expert Witness Testimony/Consultations
Board Certified physicians are available to offer expert witness testimony regarding a variety of medical issues, including those that are work related. Texas MedClinic has Certified Medical Review Officers to review and testify regarding forensic hair and urine drug test issues.

Impairment Evaluation/Maximum Medical Improvement (MMI)
Texas MedClinic has physicians who are certified by the American Academy of Disability Evaluating Physicians (AADEP) to perform Impairment Evaluations after Maximum Medical Improvement (MMI) has been reached in Workers' Compensation cases. Doctors designated by the Texas Department of Insurance Workers’ Compensation Division are also available to perform Designated Doctor Exams.

Independent Medical Evaluations (IME)
IME’s may be performed either by a review of medical records only, or with a physical examination in addition to a review of medical records.

Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) Physicals
Many Texas MedClinic physicians are approved by the INS to perform INS physicals. All clinic locations can perform INS physicals without an appointment.
