Dr. Weaver joined Texas MedClinic in 2006 and is Board Certified in Family Medicine. He earned his medical degree from Howard University College of Medicine in Washington, D.C, and he completed his postgraduate medical training at the Harrisburg Hospital Family Practice Residency Program in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
