Dr. Baggett joined Texas MedClinic in 2004 and is Board Certified in Family Medicine. He is also a designated doctor for the Division of Workers' Compensation. He earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. He completed his postgraduate training at the Corpus Christi Family Practice Residency Program. Dr. Baggett also completed a Fellowship at Audie Murphy Memorial Veterans Hospital in San Antonio.
