Dr. Meffert joined Texas MedClinic in 2006. He earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. He completed Family Medicine training at the Bexar County Teaching Hospital, and did his Dermatology postgraduate training at Wilford Hall Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas.
