Dr. Franks joined Texas MedClinic in 2003 and is Board Certified in Family Medicine. She is also a designated doctor for the Division of Workers' Compensation. Dr. Franks earned her medical degree from the University of the Witwatersrand Medical School in Johannesburg, South Africa. She completed her postgraduate training at Malcolm Grow Medical Center 89 MDG at Andrews Air Force Base in Maryland.
