Medical Assistant/Receptionist - Clinic position
Primary duties include triage, injections, venipuncture, physicals, drug testing, data entry, verifying insurance, collecting payments, light bookkeeping, and providing excellent customer service. Position includes either primarily day or evening shifts with rotating weekends. Qualified applicants will have a High School diploma or GED and have graduated from an accredited vocational training program relevant to the position (Medical Assistant or Nursing course), EMT-I or EMT-P Certification, or authorized military training courses.

Billing Account Representative - Business office position
Primary duties include timely collection of account balances from managed care insurance carriers or work comp customers and patients, provides customer service to resolve issues, and provides clerical support assisting with patient/employer account maintenance. Position typically works Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 5:00. Qualified applicants will have a High School diploma or GED and 2 years applicable work experience, or applicable business or medical training and six months applicable experience. Knowledge of medical terminology and CPT & ICD-9 codes preferred.

Physical Therapy Aide/Receptionist - Clinic position
Primary duties include supporting the Physical Therapist with physical therapy treatments, cleaning treatment rooms, answering phones, scheduling appointments, data entry, and other duties. Position typically works Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 5:00. This position does not require previous physical therapy experience because Texas MedClinic will provide training on job specific duties. Qualified applicants will have customer service and computer experience, clerical skills and the ability and willingness to learn. Must have a valid Texas drivers license and car insurance and be able to travel to various Physical Therapy locations on a daily basis.

Custodian - Clinic or business office position
Primary duties include cleaning all areas of each facility, sanitizing, dusting, sweeping, moping, vacuuming, polishing furniture, and assisting in the upkeep of the outside of the clinic. Qualified applicants will have previous custodial experience, reliable transportation with insurance, a valid Texas driver’s license and good driving record.

Maintenance Technician - Based at business office
Primary duties include the upkeep outside and inside of all properties, and recognizing, reporting, and performing needed repairs. Position is typically Monday to Friday, but includes rotating on-call system. Qualified applicants will have High School graduate diploma or GED, formal training or education in maintenance and repair of routine facility equipment; or more than five (5) years experience in maintenance and repair of routine facility equipment sufficient to perform the duties of this position. HVAC experience is preferred and sufficient computer training or experience to allow for the efficient operation of company computers and software. Must have a valid Texas drivers license.
